1. No Return Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, we do not accept returns once the service has been initiated, delivered, or accessed.
2. Refund Policy
We offer refunds in specific circumstances as outlined below:
a. Service Not Delivered
If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service within the committed timeline and the delay is not due to the client (e.g., lack of content or approval), you may request a full or partial refund depending on the stage of work completed.
b. Duplicate Payment
In case of duplicate or accidental payment, we will issue a full refund for the excess amount paid after verification.
c. Project Cancellation
- If a project is cancelled before work has started, a 90% refund will be issued (10% retained for administrative costs).
- If cancelled after work has begun but before delivery, a partial refund will be considered based on the percentage of work completed.
- No refunds will be issued for completed and delivered projects.
3. Hosting & Maintenance
- Payments for domain registration, hosting plans, SSL certificates, and third-party services are non-refundable once purchased or activated.
- Monthly/annual hosting and maintenance fees are not eligible for refund after the billing cycle has begun.
4. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for services delivered as per the agreed scope simply due to a change of mind or switching to another service provider.
